I just realized that this site will be 10 years old around December… and I have not posted in over a year, so I’m sure people are wondering what I’m up to…

Well for starters, it is obvious that the “My Computers” section needs a serious revamp. All the digital computers are gone, and the ThinkPad has been traded for an M3 MacBook Air.

But how about in my personal life and personal endeavours? Well at the end of January 2024 I was let go from my first IT job at Nosler, citing budget issues. That sent me into a deep depression and I was unemployed for MONTHS after this… didn’t get another job until July 2024 and even then that was a temporary contract position that ended 3 weeks later, also in July 2024.

I got a new job again in October 2024 also in IT, working at Pacific Office Automation as their network and MITS tech. That has been going strong to this day.

That is not all though. I’m also happy to announce that as of May 20th 2024 I have been dating a lovely woman named Maria… actually she has been so lovely that I am also happy to announce that on August 1st 2024 we moved into an apartment together… and she continued to be so lovely that I proposed to her on November 11th 2024… and we are now married as of January 12th 2025.

The site will be getting a few updates in the next few weeks, so be on the lookout for minor and maybe even huge changes. Here is to 2025! (Albeit almost 3 months in…)
